This class is suitable for beginners and experienced students alike! Come join the circus with us and learn Aerial Silks in Colchester! Aerial Silks Colchester is a great way to get fit and have fun at the same time. Hanging from two suspended piece of material, you will learn to climb, pose, tie locks and wrap your body in fabric! We even learn the big drops you can see in any good circus show!
