FREE for new to Flight aerial or absolute beginners trapeze students!! This class is suitable for beginners and experienced students alike! Hanging from a suspended steel bar, you will learn to climb, pose, and hang upside down! Trapeze classes are fantastic for building strength, stamina and increase flexibility.
